Voted a Semi-Finalist in the Nidecker x Core77 snowboard design Competition. See this board and the rest of the designs at Core77. A big shout out to Chris Delorenzo, a former classmate from college, who placed as a finalist and had his design produced for a limited edition run this past year.

Justice by Uniting in Creative Energy (J.U.i.C.E.) is a non-profit weekly hip hop arts program that seeks to develop youth leadership and technical skills, creative expression and self-confidence through the artistic elements of hip hop which include breakdancing, urban art, deejaying, emceeing/spoken word and music recording.

Shaun White - Transfusion Board

In late 2008 I designed the "Transfusion" board for Ubisoft's Shaun White Snowboarding videogame. The board was released in January 2009 for Playstation and Xbox360 as part of DLC addon called the Freebie Pack. The pack contains 9 unique snowboard designs for gameplay and is available for free through the Playstation Network or Xbox Live.

Over the past two years a lot has changed. I completed my degree at Syracuse University, relocated to Connecticut, and have been happily employed at HMS Design as one of a handful of package designers. However, one thing that has not changed is my website. With the refresh of my site, I decided to add this new blog.

This blog is a means for me to share old, new, and random work. It will also make it easier for me to show current work without major updates to my portfolio or the rest of my site. Hopefully it will give you further insight to who Jason Larche is and allow you to see some "behind the scenes" work that you may of missed otherwise.

With that said, here is a little preview of "ketchup" with more to follow soon...
